The Creative Review Blog has an interesting post on the new Sony Bravia rabbits commercial. Seems the concept is remarkably similar to work by LA illustrators Kozyndan, who seem to have a bit of a thing for rabbits.

It originally started as a project on my MA in Brighton back in 2001-2002, so the first version was completed five years ago. After getting initial interest from Frances Lincoln (the publishers) back then through my agent, it was slow to start, so being an impatient fecker I decided to bugger off to New Zealand for a while. New Illustrated Stamps from John Conway

John Conway’s distinctive historical paintings/illustrations are appearing on a stamp near you since 18th September. Commissioned by An Post, the stamp and first day cover envelope was released on the 18th of September 2007 to celebrate the bicentenary birth of James Fintan Lalor. He was born in Raheen in Co.Laois in 1807. He became an Irish revolutionary and one of the most powerful writers of his day on issues such as tenants rights and land ownership. (more…)
