    before going too far with yer scamps- better note; OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA (EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC) WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY.
