chris judge’s california

012

Illustrator Chris Judge spent 10 days in California at the beginning of the month taking in San Francisco, LA and Yosemite. Here’s a selection from a sketchbook he kept of some of the strange characters he came across as well as some of the natural beauty along the way. Check them out…

great drawings. you must have had a fabulous hidden pen with you. The people are talking locking at you, turning their back, facing you, and the pen is just… recording! Supppper!

Thanks everyone, really enjoyed making the pictures. Big fan of Seth! It was a combination of his lovely use of watercolours in Wimbeldon Green and a good chat I had with Brian Fitzgerald about his amazing recent watercolours at the last open meeting that inspired me to dust off the old box and have a go. Really loving them again.
