An Post have released their 2010 greetings booklet featuring 2 stamps designed and illustrated by IGI member Roger O’Reilly. (For you philatelists out there, first day covers are now available from An Post’s website.) Roger has put together a Step-by step of the process involved in producing the stamps, first day cover envelope and accompanying cards and stickers…

Illustrator Eoin Coveney has launched his folio website at last. Phil Dunne is the newest member of Illustrators Ireland – Check out his folio here. The 2009 Children’s Books Festival kicks off this week - Niamh Sharkey will be doing the rounds of libraries so check the festival timetable. Alé Mercado has a sketchbook of a trip to Lisnavagh, and finally Scalder launches an exhibition of his personal paintings from 6th October in the Crow Gallery.
